Subject : Alveolar Ridge Preservation without Membrane
A 47-year-old male patient had a wide alveolar bone defect due to maxillary right root periodontitis. Two walls occurred, and after alveolar bone preservation was performed by applying S1 to a large bone defect, it was sealed using granulated tissue to act as a protective film for bone graft materials.

After 5 months, CT confirmed that soft tissue and bone contours were well preserved and that the formation of the newborn bone was well.
